Apply for a refund

If you are considering or would like to apply for a refund under the 14 day money back guarantee, you must complete the Refund Claim Form which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. There will be no administrative charges for membership refunds if you're not completely satisfied.

Applications for refunds will only be considered if lodged within 14 calendar days, after the date the membership is accepted by Express Collections Pty Ltd, or unless prior arrangement with management. 

Refund for over payments

Any over payments received for debts collected by us, will be refunded to the debtor within 30 days of receipt, however there is a charge of $25.00 + GST for administration. Unless the receipt is due to an error made by us, in which case no charge will be applied.

Once the refund is made, Express Collections, it’s agents and clients will be released from any further claims in relation to over payments by the recipient of the refund.
