Become a Member and you can use our Software through the internet, to process a list of collection letters, to send to your debtors, there is no time delay and No Commissions To Pay.

We will receive a log of what you have done, and keep you informed of the collection progress.

However there is an initial file setup fee of $ 25.00 + GST payable to Express Collections Pty Ltd, for each debt Collection Lodged.

Commission Rates Effective from 01/01/2013:

1,000.00 - 9,999.00 15% + GST
10,000.00 - 249,999.00 12% + GST

Legal Fees

Any Legal fees are subject to our Solicitors Schedule of fees and Court Costs.We will provide you with an estimate of, Solicitors fees and charges and obtain your written authority before commencing litigation.These legal fees will be refunded, with the successful recovery of the debt and at the discretion of the courts.
